It has been a while since I’ve posted a menu plan, though I haven’t quit menu planning. I will have to look back and see if I came across any great recipes over the past month! This week’s plan… using up ham from Easter!
Monday: leftovers (grilled chicken, potato salad, green beans and other assorted veggies)
Tuesday: Ham and Swiss Quiche with fresh strawberries/pineapple
Wednesday: Parmesan Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green peas
Thursday: Ham and Swiss Rolls with salad
Friday: Date night with my favorite 5 year old (while my husband is busy doing his own thing)… or at least dinner together and then he gets to go to a cool science activity and I get an hour to myself. 🙂
Saturday: Leftover Buffet
Sunday — eating at a bridal shower/luncheon at church… guess the guys are eating out while I’m there?
