So last week we ended up veering off of the menu plan… the tomato soup was NOT a hit and I never got around to making the red beans & rice, so bumping it to this week!
Monday: Louisiana Red Beans and Rice (making my own cajun seasoning) — new recipe for us!
Tuesday: Smoked Sausage, mac ‘n’ cheese and green peas… apparently this is becoming the guy’s night tradition.
Thursday: Grilled Chicken, Oven Roasted Cabbage & Veggies (I’ll post the recipe if it is good!)
Friday: Salmon, Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes, Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
Saturday: Leftover Buffet
Sunday: Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon (which I did make last week but it is SO quick and easy and we almost always have ingredients on hand except for bacon… which I’ll have leftover from the asparagus) or Leftover Buffet
