The baked beans from last week were great… and the enchilasagna casserole is a new family favorite.

Monday: Southwest Turkey Burgers with leftover Boston Baked Beans
Tuesday: Louisiana Red Beans and Rice (making my own cajun seasoning) — new recipe for us!
Wednesday: Leftover Buffet
Thursday: Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
Friday: Tomato Soup with toasted cheese sandwiches
Saturday: Easy Breakfast Casserole with potatoes o’brien
Sunday: Leftover buffet or something similar to Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
