How is it the last week in January already?

Review of last week… we once more ate out instead of making all of the recipes, but it was worth it for the best barbeque in Memphis and a fun night at our children’s museum! I made a not-so-great vegetable soup recipe that I am not even sure I will eat leftovers from… and I found some meat to make some good meals with this week. Still somewhat cleaning out the pantry/freezer…

Monday: Velvety Vegetable Cheese soup for the guys and spaghetti at a Girls’ Night Out for me
Tuesday: Pork Chops (no, I don’t know how I am fixing them yet, I’m open to suggestions!), mashed potatoes, green beans
Wednesday: Spicy Slow Cooker Black Bean soup (new recipe for us — hope it is good!)
Thursday: Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce & Meatballs
Friday: Campbell’s Chicken and Rice Bake
Saturday: Leftover Buffet
Sunday (lunch): Leftover Buffet
