Still working on cleaning out the pantry, fridge and freezer… though somehow I spent our usual amount of grocery money this week too, *and* forgot a few things I need to go back for. We were running pretty low on produce and essentials like milk and eggs though!
We ended up eating out a few times more than expected (date night — yay! — and family in town to visit) and had more leftovers than expected as well so several of these are carryovers from last week’s menu plan.
Monday: Chicken Fajita Taco Salad
Tuesday: Bacon Jack Chicken (without the bacon), green beans, Honey Roasted Carrots
Wednesday: Southwest Turkey Burgers
Thursday: Vegetable Soup (debating on whether to find a recipe or just throw lots of veggies in with some broth)
Friday: Campbell’s Chicken and Rice Bake
Saturday: Leftover Buffet (or Velvety Vegetable Cheese soup if we don’t have any by then)
Sunday (lunch): Leftover Vegetable Soup with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
